Lure fishing by boat on dam lakes from Correze

Description

On dam lakes in Corrèze, we will search for zander, perch, pike and sometimes catfish and black-bass. I will teach you the fishing techniques corresponding to these fish and according to the seasons. Whether you are a novice or a confirmed angler, I will adapt to your wishes by ensuring a quality education that you can reproduce effectively on your own fishing sessions.

About your guide

Laurent

Fishing guide in the Lot, and member of the French federation of fishing guide instructors, it is in the Midi-Pyrénées region that I work and more particularly in the Lot Department where I live.
Dedicated to aquatic environments since my youngest years, it is with passion and professionalism that I have been guiding for ten years on the Dordogne river and the reservoir lakes of the region. I work daily on a natural, wild and therefore fragile environment. I want to respect it and share with you its exclusivity.
I am a responsible professional and concerned about the result, I am a fishing guide to communicate knowledge, a passion.

The program in details

For this fishing session, we willI use a boat type BASSBOAT (5m) aluminum from the American brand ALUMACRAFT. It is equipped with a 30hp Suzuki engine and a MINN KHOTA electric motor positioned at the front. I use an sonar ELITE 7x HDI color from my partner LOWRANCE. Finally the bassboat is equipped with two seats for optimum comfort during your fishing trip.

Fishing techniques proposed and taught:
- Perch with lure fishing techniques : hard baits (Poppers, Crank, Jerk ...), blade, Jiig, Drop-shot, Fireball, ...
- Zander with vertical fishing techniques : soft baits (Shad, Finesse ...), vibrating blade, Jilg, drop shot, Fireball, linear.
- Pike with swimbaits and hard baits : Test the CWC and BFT products "Buster jerk" and soft lures "PIG Shad" among others!
- Sonar training Settings, GPS, DownScan Imaging.

I had a really enjoyable time with Laurent and would 100% recommend him to any other fly fishermen wanting to explore the Dordogne. He has extensive local knowledge of the best spots to fish in the area and when to fish them. A great tutor and coach for all fly fishing techniques and he has phenomenal knowledge of all technical aspects of the sport in great depth and detail. Exactly what I was looking for, so thank you Laurent, and above all good fun!
