Pike fishing in Puy-de-Dôme

Description

I invite you to practice pike fishing with lures in a boat on Chancelade, a pond of 135 hectares where pike is caught in "no kill".

This management allows to have on the water a very good density of fish whose average size is quite important (60 to 80cm). There is also a beautiful population of perch, whose aggressiveness becomes frenetic from July to October!

I offer various fishing sessions in the Combrailles region richly preserved site of Puy de Dôme. As a fly fisherman since childhood, it is with great pleasure that I will share with you this fishing technique. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, whether you want to learn or improve your skills in fly fishing, I will adapt to your needs!

The program in details

During this day we will see together the different animations of the lures (hard or soft) and also how to approach the spots with pike or perch!

- 9h-10h: Start of the fishing session

- 10h-12h: discovery of fishing with hard lure

- 12h-13h: break

- 13h-14h: discovery of different types of lures and fixtures

- 14h-16h: discovery of fishing with soft lure

- 16h-18h: fishing by varying techniques

These schedules can change according to your desires and needs

Baptiste est pédagogue, à l'écoute et sympathique !
Pendant une journée, j'ai appris à pêcher à la mouche en sèche et en nymphe sur la Haute Dordogne.
Au final, 3 jolis poissons et une belle journée ;)

La sioule n'a plus aucun secret pour Baptiste avec qui j'ai passé un très bon moment tout en convivialité. Une pêche compliquée mais la persévérance du guide aura et raison de plusieurs beaux poissons !

I had an excellent day fishing with Baptiste! We fished for Barbel in the morning and trout in the afternoon. Baptiste was knowledgeable in both where to and how to fish for the target species, fishing for Barblel was a new experience for me and Baptiste put me in a good spot and explained how to fish for them and more importantly as takes were plentiful …. how to land the fish or relatively light tackle which was indeed more the task in hand, they are very strong fish! The rest of the day we travelled too a few different spots, were blessed with a fine overcast day so found lots of rising trout of which we took full advantage. A fine days fishing, highly recommended :)
